In the Agua Tibia Wilderness; best time of year is Spring to Fall. The first .5 mile is downhill through switchbacks. The trail then climbs back out of the small valley following the bottom of a small drainage. The trail continues west across a number of meadows and then climbs again into the Cutca Valley where we will have lunch before heading back to the trailhead. 7 miles round trip with 300 feet of climb.
Poison Oak has been reported along the trail. Forest Adventure Pass is required.
We will meet at 9:30 am just outside the gate of the Rancho California RV Resort in Aguanga, CA. (33.435281, -116.858159).
